Original Paintings Delivery

Original paintings are shipped in professional, sturdy art packaging designed to protect the artwork during international transport. Each piece is carefully secured to prevent movement or damage in transit.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched, and I’ll keep you updated throughout the delivery process.

Please note: Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Processing: 3–5 business days
  • Italy: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

If there are any delays or updates, you will be notified.


Orginal Painting Quality of Work

Certificates of authenticity are included with original artworks only and are signed by the artist. Jacob Works in acrylic and oil. All artworks are delivered framed and finished with a high quality gloss varnish.


Do you accept commissioned artwork?

Commissioned pieces may be available depending on current workload and availability.

If you’re interested in a custom artwork, please contact me with your request and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.


Can I return my artwork or get a refund?

All sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if the artwork arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description on the website.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so I can help resolve it.


My artwork arrived damaged or was stolen — what should I do?

All artworks are packed by professionals using secure materials.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the exterior before opening
  2. Take photos of the damage
  3. Contact me with the images and details

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  • Check your delivery address
  • Contact your local courier
  • Provide any available evidence

I will assist where possible, but responsibility for transit issues lies with the courier service.
