Refund policy

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order prints, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The artwork arrives damaged, or
  • The artwork is significantly different from the description or images shown on the website

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation

Once the claim is reviewed, I will offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A full refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

I am not responsible for:

  • Changes in colour due to screen settings
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by postal or courier services
